Booking your Photo shooting, Story or Event with Patricia Garrigos Photography you are accepting work in a photographic shooting with the terms and conditions here explained.

You book a shooting based on your wish and idea going with the style and workflow of the photographer in charge to design and do the project, in this case Patricia Garrigos.

The wishes required for the project (aesthetic, location, specific needs and material, specific groups or shoots...Etc) will be talked about before the day and will be included and /or considerate during the preparation time.

All the expenses external to the photographic pack chosen (specific photographic material required, atrezzo, travel, food, location, hairdresser, makeup artist, outfit...etc) will be responsibility to the customer to pay it on his/her/their own or it will be added to the final price as extra.

For small shooting the files will be finished between 3 weeks up to 2 months. For weddings, elopements, extended shootings and bigger events between 3 weeks up to 4 months, variable depending on the wedding season. And needed to be notified if any holidays or event of any kind can delay the date of the ended work. In gratitude for the patient and appreciation for the work, the photographer will send a small preview of the pictures the first working week after the shooting, or on an agreed date in case this will be no possible. 

All the files will be given to the customer in high quality without any watermark.
The photographer will have the responsibility to have a copy of the file saved in case it needs to be sent again during a period of 2 months after the receiving of the pictures and not more.
The online gallery will have a use life of a month and the customer will need to notify if more time is needed.

Customers agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used or uncontrollable conditions like weather. We advise the customers to make themselves aware of the rules of location or venue and if necessary, negotiate with the personnel concerned for any specific request.

The Photographer is responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the customer's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Customers will be respectful to the photographer and all parties being photographed. Photographer have the right to end the session without a refund, if there is lack of respect.

  Copyright of the pictures belong to Patricia Garrigos Photography, the photographer is the author of the pictures and the customer is the owner of his/her/them image and have full rights for use.

The Customer has full freedom to use them for his/her/them personal use and they can be used for self promotion of any kind, advertising or publicity in any platform of his own proprietary or external, it is appreciated to give credit to the photographer & copyright. Any lucrative external purposes (promotion of a brand, product...) would be set up and in agreement during pre production, this can affect price, requirements, time and rights of intellectual property.

The photographer will still being the author of the pictures and will have rights to use for self promotion on digital platforms and social media of her property. And she should tag and mention the customer, at least if the customer prefers not to be tagged and mentioned, something the customer will mention during pre production or photoshoot day. Patricia Garrigos Photography is allowed to use this material for prints, albums, flyers, banners, business cards or any print for self promotion of her own propriety. The photographer can use, as well for self promotion in her own social media, website and platforms any video or collateral material created around the shooting, always in a very respectful way to the customer and never outside those terms without customers permission.

Photographer is obligated to ask permission for use of the pictures on any external platform and can not use for any external lucrative purposes not mention and agree during pre production.

Being able to share with other suppliers or submit for magazine with the permission of the customer.

If unlikely Patricia is unable to attend your event due to unforeseen circumstances, where possible, we reserve the right to appoint another photographer to attend your event on our behalf to undertake the event photography to his/her/them best ability. Always will be someone very trusted with similar style and skill. And will be notified to the customer as soon as the change will be produced.

In case to be a external photographer hired, assistant or second shooter, the employed will still the author of his/her pictures and will have rights to use his own shoots for self promotion in website, platforms of social media of his/her/them own proprietary, always mention and tag in any platform the copyright of the pictures from Patricia Garrigos Photography, and respecting dates or specification from Patricia Garrigos photography or the costumer.

This employee is not allowed to use any material in any external platform without permission of the customer and Patricia Garrigos and can not sell the pictures or use them for any lucrative purposes outside these terms and conditions. The Customer will be not allowed to bother the hired photographer with any extra requirements or material outside the terms and booking agreed during pre production.

The Look of the pictures (color, contrast, brightness...) can not be modified, especially if the customer is using the pictures for commercial purposes or self promotion, like a business, a brand or a content creator. The customer is responsible for the post and prints of family and friends for personal purposes and in case any of this will be changed we will appreciate not to be mention or specify "re-edit by the customer".

About a collateral collaboration, a brand or any external platform of any kind like a venue or supplier, the look of the original can not be changed in any case and the original pictures will be respected just been acceptable the limited crop of social media platforms and the photographer, copyright and customer always will be tagged and mentioned in any case.

For shootings/ weddings with longer coverage of that 4 hours a food break will be included and provided by the costumer in the way or budget the costumer would prefer.

The payment of the deposit (not refundable in case of cancellation) is the confirmation of booking. Rest of the payment and the possible extras (always mentioned before shooting) will be paid within the limit time of the day of the shooting though the way agreed. 

All the personal information (address, phone number, email, personal knowledge...etc) is confidential and protected and never would be shared in any case without the customer's permission.
